Yes. A single store with multiple concepts and registers can set different registers based on their use type — table service for servers, bar stations for the bar, and retail for a merchandise kiosk for example. Each persona can interact with orders generated from other personas, and you can swap the persona of a register with just a few clicks.

Yes. Nimble uses a hybrid architecture that keeps the system running locally if internet drops, with automatic cloud sync on restore. While the Nimble software can work offline and run without internet, the selected/paired processor may not support this, which is why pairing Nimble with the right processing partner is an important step for an overall successful experience.

Yes. Nimble's Reporting Portal provides real-time reporting, and you can access reports from anywhere in the world via web browser and easily automate emailed reports in PDF or CSV format.

Nimble's retail capabilities include support for over 50,000 SKUs without a local server. Nimble also offers on-prem server options to handle many more SKUs if needed.

Yes. Nimble includes Franchise Control to sync menu and price changes from a master store with the touch of a button, share gift cards and loyalty programs between franchise locations, and provide franchise reporting roll-up data.
