During business hours (6am – 6pm PST, Monday – Friday), you’ll be routed to their POS Support team for assistance. Support calls after normal business hours will route to their emergency support pager where you will need to provide below information:

- Your name
- A good phone number where you can be reached
- The issue that needs resolving
