Menu Changes For The New Year

As we enter the Holiday Season, we know your business will be picking up and may even be hectic at times. In the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving, many of you requested last-minute menu changes. In order to avoid confusion on your end and problems on our end during this Christmas Season, we wanted to remind you of our policy regarding menu changes.
 
We offer one major menu overhaul per year and two minor seasonal changes to your menu. We request a 2 week notice for major menu changes, and at least a 48 hour notice for seasonal changes. We will gladly provide additional support for menu changes, if needed, but at an extra charge. We can either provide you with a package of allotted hours for changes or we can charge by the hour if you would prefer. As always, our goal as Worry-Free Support is to provide the best support in the industry.
