We have noticed that our call volume increases significantly on Thursdays and Fridays. Monday is also an extremely busy day from issues that occurred over the weekend. This means that your wait time for being on hold, for a call-back or for even an email is increased. We would encourage you to call as soon as you realize you are having a problem, not wait until the beginning of the week, in order to allow us to address your issue. This will help alleviate long wait times and frustration on your end in trying to get a support technician on the line. Our Support Technicians are well trained and always eager to help with any issues that may arise, but sometimes, they get very, very busy.
